Established in 1988, Measurement & Control Services Ltd (MCS) provides turnkey mechanical and electrical chemical dosing and control systems. Services offered include project design, equipment supply, system installation, commissioning and maintenance. The company‘s client base includes both industrial and utility companies. MCS holds BS EN ISO 9001 accreditation and is a member of the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC).
 
Acquired by Chemfeed Limited in 2003, MCS now forms part of the Wallace & Tiernan Projects Division, itself part of the SIEMENS Group of Companies.

Control and Instrumentation |
| MCS
designs and manufactures bespoke controllers and systems to meet specialist
dosing requirements. The company is experienced in programming PLCs,
as well as interfacing plant with on-site telemetry and SCADA systems.
For example, the PCS-90 series of controllers can be used either to
provide stand-alone control or as part of a high-level supervisory
control system. All PCS-90 series controllers incorporate a range
of pre-programmed control function features as standard. |

offers a full turnkey project capability which includes the design
and supply of ancillary equipment. This can include gas detection
equipment, bulk handling and weighing equipment, safety equipment,
